

Mr. Frank Oudkirk has forty years of experience in all aspects of the power generation and electric utility industry.
He began his career as a power plant engineer for Texas Utilities. He moved on to Worthington/Turbodyne in the Steam Turbine division. As Chief Service Engineer and later Sales Manager, Frank was responsible for service, erection and sales of Turbodyne steam turbine generators worldwide.
Frank joined Utility Power Corporation (a division of Siemens) as VP Marketing Service and Southeast Regional VP Sales, where he promoted the sale of Siemens steam and gas turbines to North American electric utilities.
As Manager Project Development for General Atomics Corp., Frank managed a joint venture with Framatome which provided power plant maintenance and inspection services.
His last posting, prior to joining REGENCO, was as a Project Manager for the Electric Power Research Institute’s Desalination & Water Reuse Municipal and Waste Water Program. He coordinated efforts by water and electric utilities in assessing the impacts of co-locating water production facilities at existing seawater cooled steam power plants.
Frank has a Bachelor or Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
