Our Results

• Our workman’s compensation experience modification multiplier is consistently below industry averages.

• Our dedicated safety committee meets monthly and makes at least one major safety improvement each month.

• We trained approximately 20% of our employees as First Responders and are trained to use our in-house AED equipment.

• Ongoing training sessions are held on applicable safety topics and the proper use of equipment.

• REGENCO empowers our employees to focus on safety on the job, as well as at home.
